Setting you up for success from the very start.

We know how hard it can be to get started in a new practice. St. Thomas Health Care has developed a clinician orientation program that helps ease your transition into your new role and gives you time to get to know your center and your colleagues. We start by partnering you with another clinician so that you can get an in-depth look at what it means to work for St. Thomas Health Care and what you need to know. During your first few weeks, your partnered clinician will help you with patient care if you need it, and you'll have access to additional support from your Medical Director and others.

Grow your expertise.

Our affiliated physicians enjoy fully funded CME, in the form of CME days and dollars as well as available internally-produced and accredited courses on our Learning Management System. We also have Medical Expert Panels that give you immediate, collegial access to information you need and the opportunity to share your own expertise by joining a Panel if you are so inclined. If you're passionate about a particular area, you can join us in developing educational materials, or participating in focus groups, committees, and task forces that give you the opportunity to share your knowledge with your colleagues and keep raising our standard of care. It is our goal to keep getting better at what we already do well, both individually, and as a company.
