Center Medical Director (CMD)

Center Medical Directors work on the frontlines of patient care inspiring their teams to provide an excellent patient experience according to our core values: a healing focus, a selfless heart, and a tireless resolve. They provide medical oversight over clinical operations and work in coordination with the other members of the Center Leadership Team. Center Medical Directors report directly to their local Area Medical Director (AMD).

Area Medical Director (AMD)

Area Medical Directors provide medical oversight for clinical operations at centers within their area, working in coordination with the other members of the Area Leadership Team (ALT) to inspire colleagues to provide a superb patient and employer experience. Our AMDs deliver clinical guidance and medical management services to Urgent Care's patients and customers according to St. Thomas Health Care's business strategy. AMDs report directly to their Regional Medical Director (RMD).

Regional Medical Director (RMD)

Regional Medical Directors work in coordination with the other members of the Regional Leadership Team (RLT) to ensure regional colleagues have the necessary support to provide a superb patient and employer experience, articulate strategy and implementation, and optimize financial performance across their region.
