  Dr. Robert Howard MD

  Chairman of the Board - Howard Global Holdings

  Dr. Robert Howard is the Chairman of founder of Howard Global Holdings, Inc., a privately owned, diversified holding company located in Los Angeles CA. Assets include the luxury Hotels & Resorts, HPMG, St Thomas Hospital Group, 1Darsystems, and numerous investments in public companies and various real estate ventures. Prior to building Howard Global, Dr. Howard was Chief Executive Officer of Howard Health Management. He co-founded Howard Health Management, now a Howard Global subsidiary, following nearly 20 years of experience as a physician and consultant to large employers concerned about health care quality and costs. Dr. Howard led the development of the Howard Health Care Engine System, a clinical decision support technology platform that received a U.S. Patent in 1996. Since forming Howard Global Holdings, Dr Howard has worked to share Howard Global Holding's strategy and vision with customers, partners, shareholders, and private investors. "Our strategy is complete stack, open, best-of-breed at every single layer of the architecture," he says. "We vertically integrate those best-of-breed pieces for extreme performance and total-cost-of-ownership benefit to give you differentiation. Our products and services are designed to be the best at every single layer of the stack, and then be vertically integrated. We want to give customers choices for how they access our products and services.

  Dr. Howard was an attending physician at New York Hospital and St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center between 1965 and 1979, and was a cardiology fellow at the University of Chicago. Dr Howard received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and is a graduate of Columbia University.

  Dr. Chris Low Ph.D

  Chief Executive Office and Vice Chairman - Howard Global Holdings

  Dr. Chris Low is Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the company's Board of Directors of Howard Global Holdings. He joined Howard Global Holdings in 1998, bringing his years of technology industry leadership, computer hardware expertise, and executive management experience to his role with the company. As CEO, Dr. Chris Low oversees the corporate direction and strategy for Howard global field operations, including mergers and acquisitions, marketing, sales, consulting, alliances and channels, and support. He focuses on strategy, leadership, innovation, and customers. Dr. Chris Low’s leadership in managing past acquisition integrations has enabled him to take a significant role in Howard Global Holdings acquisition strategy. He is also responsible for 1Darsystems global business units for industries, which build products for specific industries such as telecommunications, financial services, health sciences, hotel, technology, and public sector. Says Dr. Low, "Our company is focused on technological strategies. We get deeper into our industry verticals because they solve our customers' most difficult problems”. Before joining Howard Global Holdings, Dr. Low served as Corporate Manager for COMP USA, where his focus on customers, innovation, improved operational efficiency, and execution led to significant company growth.
  
  Dr. Chris Low grew to semi fame in the business world through his management success and skills during his many years at Howard Property Management Group. Dr. Chris Low turned the struggling slow moving medium size company into a dynamic growth company revered by many. During his many years of leadership at Howard Global Holdings Dr Chris Low increased the value of the company from $10 million in annual revenues to over one billion annually. Dr Chris Low is a graduate of Old Dominion University with Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and computer science, MBA and Ph.D degrees in computer science and mathematics (he is a Software Engineer to his core specializing in LISP development technologies). Dr. Low is also a graduate of UCLA with a Master of Health Care Management degree. And saving the best for last Dr. Low is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School with a Ph.D is Health Care Management (Policy).

  Dr. David Williams, M.D., is St Thomas Hospital Group Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer. Appointed to this role in 2009, he is responsible for the company’s clinical strategy to improve the health of the hospital’s patients and to help build a better health care system supported by evidence based accountability by every participant. He leads health care system change through Howard health care clinical thought leadership,
